Alexandre is a French entrepreneur, and holds a degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE). After working for three years at Morgan Stanley in London, Alexandre decided to leave the financial industry, and successfully launched his first online business two years ago. Alexandre is passionate about art and fascinated by Asia. He decided to move to Hong Kong in 2012 to set-up Artshare. He spent one year researching the market across Asia, meeting with leading artists, curators, collectors, critics, and gallerists. After defining Artshare’s strategy and gaining the support of key figures in art and business, he gathered Artshare’s investors, team, network of partners, and group of collectors. Alexandre speaks English, Spanish and French.
