Constance Ip is the Commercial Director and Co-Founder of BSD Code and Design Academy in Hong Kong, where she manages commercial operations including P&L, sales, marketing and public relations. She also collaborates with the other co-founders to develop course and program content. Prior to starting BSD, she managed business development for two consultancies in Hong Kong and Singapore. After graduating from the University of California in Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Asian Studies, she spent two years traveling in South America and China, teaching English and writing in her spare time.
