Wendy Dauchez

Graduated from Boston University and majoring in Hospitality, Wendy started her career in one of the top hong kong Hotels – JW Marriott. Then she opened her own restaurant, Hakka Ye Ye Central, in 2007. In 2010, She opened Hakka Ye Ye Causeway Bay. Both restaurants were listed in the Michelin Guide. She sold her restaurants and no longer run them.
