The Hive Kennedy Town is set over one 6000 sqft warehouse floor space, set out as one third open plan, one third offices, and one third meeting rooms, Studio and Storage spaces. The Hive KTown will suit creative freelancers, entrepreneurs and small companies, ranging in size from 1 to 22 persons. Every private office comes with additional secure storage space.

All Hive Members can make free use of the photographic studio, and discounted rates on storage.

All the interiors are designed by Alexander Waterworth to be comfortable and inspiring. Each floorplan has been carefully laid out to encourage new connections and creative energy.
