An Annual Membership With Apple’s Joint Venture Program Can Make Starting Up Easier

Getting your startup off the ground can be tricky business. Instead of having your tech-savvy people handling the IT troubleshooting, you’d prefer to keep all technical hands on deck for more important things – say building the product.

One resource for startups we’ve caught wind of recently is Apple’s Joint Venture Program – where their ‘Business Team’ offers services such as systems set up, tech support and custom training for your staff.

Product Set-up and Software Installation

The program not only custom-configures products and ships them out to you, but they’ll go one step further in ensuring your new systems are ready to go. After transferring data from old machines to new (for both PC and Mac), the program also includes installing any software you’ve purchased from Apple Retail or Online.

Custom Training and Workshops

If your staff isn’t well-versed with Apple products, the Business Team will be on hand to provide hands-on training sessions running the gamut from getting started on a Mac, using Apple products for business and making great Keynote presentations.

Premium Access and Loaner Machine

If your team runs into any IT issues, the program gives you premium access to an array of services via your own website – whether it’s tech support, workshops or Genius Bar reservations. If your equipment isn’t up to snuff and needs a tune up, Apple Genius’ will be there to help and will provide loaner machines during repair time.

If this sounds like something that could benefit your startup, an annual membership with the Joint Venture Program goes for HK $3,838 and you can read up on the T&Cs on qualifications to apply.
