Having been formed and actually winning last year’s Startup Weekend Hong Kong, Kenneth has continued his startup that grew out of his frustration to find decent locations for his film career and now looking to build a community of artists, photographers and filmmakers around the world.
It was great to sit down and interview Patrick Kosiol, the co-founder of the Sky Drone team.
His passion in modern technology is unsurprising; after studying computer science in his home country-Germany, he moved to China in early 2005 and started a mobile apps ventures. In early 2008 they moved their operations to Hong Kong and therefore, he is based in Hong Kong currently.
Now utilizing the power of crowdfunding and the high level of interest in drones, Patrick has launched the new Sky Drone campaign and we talk to him more about what he’s doing:
Hong Kong sports a plethora of fine dining eateries, all of which are unique in the kinds of dishes they offer, or the atmosphere they provide. With so many choices available to the customer, restaurants sometimes find themselves struggling to fill up empty tables. Sabrina Sakhrani realized this problem and created her startup, Loc8Food.com, a platform allowing eateries to advertise seating during off-peak hours.
