Koziness Concepts, previously branded as iDelivery, has acquired both Dial-a-Dinner and Soho Delivery for an undisclosed amount.
Despite the combined strength of the very like-minded ordering and delivering trio, the three companies will continue operating independently and will only share logistic drivers from time to time.

With a starting 900 in the program, teams put together 150 business plans and went through multidisciplinary training to build the foundation for entrepreneurship and tech know-how. In the next stage, the 40 teams will go through an intensive mentorship program and will continue building on their business plans and prototypes with the help of veteran mentors. After pitching to a panel of judges, chosen teams will head to the Bay Area and have the opportunity to connect with local entrepreneurs and investors. Read more details on the program here.

Ashok Jaiswal was one founder in attendance who wanted to learn the tricks of the trade for his hardware invention EzeeCube. After another half year of development (which has been 1.5 years in total), Ashok has just launched an Indiegogo campaign on Friday which has already raised over US $9,500 of its $75,000 goal in just three days.
Having also just closed a round of funding with James Giancotti of Bigcolors and Kyle Lam of Big Bloom (who has also invested in Snaptee), we had a chat with Ashok to learn more about his novel hardware product.
