It is amazing that so far in 2013, CoCoon Pitch Night entrepreneurs have received over HK$11,500,000 in funding from investors they met at CoCoon.
It’s your chance to get in one the funding action: Another round of CoCoon Pitch Semi-Final is coming and this time it will be presented with an entrepreneurial sharing session from the University of Waterloo.
Alumni of University of Waterloo, Ted Livingston, founder of the messaging and gaming company that has over 90 million users, Kik, and John Baker, founder of the learning platform that helps over 10 million students around the world, Desire2Learn, will share their experiences on a panel moderated by the founder of Cherrypicks, Jason Chiu, the leading mobile marketing and innovation company.
The judging panel includes Catherine So, Regional General Manager of GoHome.com.hk, Theodore Lo, Managing Director at Noir Fx (Venture Capital), John Baker, CEO of Desire2Learn and Ted Livingston, CEO of Kik.
