FAIL FAST, SUCCEED FASTER – Lean Startup Machine in Hong Kong

Lean-Startup-Machine

Lean Startup Machine is a 3-day intensive workshop that teaches entrepreneurs and innovators how to build products customers ACTUALLY want. It is NOT a hackathon.

“Unlike at most startup bootcamps, we’d spent almost no time over the weekend on design, code, or technology. Instead we’d learned a process much more critical for new business ideas.” Karan Gill, LSM alumnus

Lean Startup Machine employs a scientific approach to its curriculum, focusing on a problem-centric methodology that forces participants to invalidate and validate their assumptions based on real customer testing.

“It forced me to confront customers, and that destroyed the fear I had of selling. [The workshop] made me really audacious and got me to move fast… Lose your fear of selling and learn how to change things rapidly.” Max Cameron, CEO and co-founder of Big Bang Technology and LSM alumnus.

Validation Board

By using our proprietary Validation Board software (validationboard.com), teams are able to track their progress through validated learning to focus on what really matters for their new business or product idea.

“The Lean Startup provides a scientific approach to creating and managing startups and get a desired product to customers’ hands faster. The Lean Startup method teaches you how to drive a startup – how to steer, when to turn, and when to persevere – and grow a business with maximum acceleration. It is a principled approach to new product development.” Eric Ries, Author ‘The Lean Startup’
