Rebecca Fannin returns to Hong Kong with the Silicon Dragon Awards reception at KPMG’s Hysan Place office on November 14 and you’re invited.

This SD event boats an evening of talks and toasts with the region’s leading venture capitalists, limited partners, tech stars and startup strategists.

A panel of VC and tech innovators like James Mi from Lightspeed China and Henry Wong from Garage Ventures will be ons tage to talk about venture in the startup space in Hong Kong and China.

The very first social innovation camp has just passed in Hong Kong and  nother tech x social entrepreneurship event is happening soon. It seems that more Hong Kong people are caring about social innovation and some are even trying to make the social changes themselves.

However, to actually realize that with a service or product, realistic challenges and burdens will surface. The bold good hearts may need support on their way of growing social projects. It is so great that the Hong Kong government is developing a fund tailored for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
