Paul Orlando and Stephen Forte are putting together a series of weekly workshops at The Good Lab from May 15 to June 21 on early stage development for startups – the 4-week series will include each of these topics each week:

  1. Customer Discovery and Validation for startups.
  2. Startup development frameworks, including Agile and Scrum.
  3. What Metrics Matter.
  4. The funding process for early-stage startups. Friends and family, accelerators, angel, VC. The new startup economics.
